- Journey Planner: Users can conveniently plan their journeys from one bus stop to another. They have the option to input bus stop names, select from a drop-down list, choose from recent searches, or locate stops on the map. Additionally, users can save their preferred routes for future reference.
- Bus Tracker: The app provides a comprehensive view of the entire Riyadh bus network, including bus stops and real-time tracking of buses. Users can select specific routes to access detailed information about the stops and track the buses live on the map.
- Routes: The app now includes newly added bus routes. Users have access to bus stop information for each route and can also view the public transportation map for further assistance.
- Tickets: Users can conveniently purchase time passes such as 2 hours, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day passes. These passes are available as QR codes e-tickets that can be easily used on the bus. Furthermore, users have access to their purchase history and travel records for reference.
- Contact us: To address any inquiries or provide feedback, users can directly communicate with the Riyadh Bus Customer Care team. This feature also facilitates reporting lost items.
- My account: Users have the ability to modify their account details, including their first name, last name, and mobile number.
The app is designed to be user-friendly and is available in both Arabic and English languages, ensuring accessibility for all users.
